Paying a bill
Does my money go to the person whose bill it is?
No. You pay the biller's own account, the electricity or phone company that sent the bill. The money never goes to the person or through Billyonaire.
How do I pay a bill?
You hold a bill, pay the whole amount from your bank or on ePay to the biller's account with the reference Billyonaire shows you, and then tell Billyonaire you've paid.
Do I need a Bulgarian bank account?
No. Any euro account that can send a SEPA transfer works, wherever you are. ePay works too.
When does a payment count on the board?
Only once it's confirmed at the biller. A reviewer checks that the bill shows as paid at the biller before it counts.
Getting a bill paid
Which bills can be posted?
Electricity, heating, water, phone, internet, insurance and rent from registered landlords, from approved billers in Bulgaria. No medical bills, debt collection, fines, gambling or bills from private persons.
Who checks the bills?
A person on the Billyonaire team checks every bill against the biller before it goes live, and everyone who posts a bill is ID-checked.
Is my name shown on my bill?
No. A card shows the category, the amount, the due date, the region and one line you write. Never your name, address, account number or customer number.
Brands
What do brands pay?
Brands pay the bills in their campaign, from their own bank straight to the billers. Campaigns are free during the pilot.
How does a brand campaign work?
A brand picks bill types, regions and a budget. Matching bills from the daily drop are set aside for it and carry its logo, and it pays them all with one bank file.
The waitlist
When does Billyonaire open?
The pilot opens in Bulgaria in December 2026. People on the waitlist get invites first.
How do I move up the waitlist?
Share your invite link. Each friend who joins with it and confirms their email moves you up 50 places.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Use the remove link in your confirmation email. It deletes your entry completely.
