# Privacy

This notice covers the Billyonaire website and waitlist. Billyonaire is responsible for your data. Write to privacy@billyonaire.app with any question.

## What do we store?

- Your email address
- Whether you join as a payer, someone with bills, a brand or a streamer
- The language you signed up in
- When you agreed to emails about the launch and when you confirmed your email
- Who invited you and whom you invited, to work out your place in line
- For brands, the company name, contact name and rough budget. For streamers, the channel link, if you add one

We don't store your IP address with your entry.

## Why do we store it?

To tell you when the pilot opens, invite you in line order, and talk to brands about campaigns. We do this with your consent, which you give with the tick box and can withdraw at any time.

## How long do we keep it?

Until the pilot opens and invites are sent, and never more than 12 months after you joined. If you remove yourself first, your entry is deleted straight away. If you never confirm your email, we delete the signup soon after the confirmation link expires.

## Who else handles it?

- Vercel hosts the website, in Frankfurt
- Neon hosts the database, in Frankfurt
- Lettermint sends our emails, from the Netherlands
- Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without knowing who you are

## What are my rights?

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@billyonaire.app or with the remove link in your email. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.
