## How does it work?

1. **Posted.** Someone in Bulgaria posts a real bill. A person checks it against the biller before it goes live.
2. **Paid.** You swipe right and pay the whole bill from your own bank or on ePay, straight to the biller's account.
3. **Stamped.** Once the biller shows it paid, the card gets its stamp, you get a receipt to share, and you climb the board.

New bills drop every evening at 20:00, Sofia time

## Where does the money go?

Straight to the company that sent the bill. Never to a person, and never through Billyonaire.

- Bills come only from approved billers, like electricity, water and phone companies
- A person checks every bill before it goes live
- Everyone on Billyonaire is ID-checked and 18 or older
- Cards never show a name, address or account number

## Questions

### Does my money go to the person whose bill it is?

No. You pay the biller's own account, the electricity or phone company that sent the bill. The money never goes to the person or through Billyonaire.

### When does a payment count on the board?

Only once it's confirmed at the biller. A reviewer checks that the bill shows as paid at the biller before it counts.

### Which bills can be posted?

Electricity, heating, water, phone, internet, insurance and rent from registered landlords, from approved billers in Bulgaria. No medical bills, debt collection, fines, gambling or bills from private persons.

### Is my name shown on my bill?

No. A card shows the category, the amount, the due date, the region and one line you write. Never your name, address, account number or customer number.

### When does Billyonaire open?

The pilot opens in Bulgaria in December 2026. People on the waitlist get invites first.
